So, we’ve finally arrived to the now. Whoa, that’s exciting. 2012 was the most recently lemonade stand, and even though it was over a year ago, I still remember it like it was yesterday. It wasn’t raining that year, which was fantastic, and we even had a incredible surprise visitor, see below: That’s right, John Carmichael (MPP), came to visit us at the lemonade stand! He’s been coming to the stand for the past few […]
For the first time in Amanda’s Lemonade Stand history, it rained on lemonade day. Really, it had never happened before, so this was a kind of obstacle that no one had expected, and we had to adapt to rather quickly. But, besides that, the lemonade stand was a success. We prevailed, and it was the first year that Joshua officially took over the lemonade stand. Yes, 2011 was actually a really huge year! Super-busy, but super-rewarding! […]
Well, as I keep saying, I love my little brother Joshua tremendously. I mean, I really do love him so much. He has such an outstanding and outgoing personality, he’s a real character and has my sense of humour too! An example of this? What my family likes to call “Cookie Eyes.” Take a look: See what I mean? He’s a ham! There’s me, enjoying one of my interviews with CTV. They’ve also been an […]

She proposed to write a song for me, about the lemonade stand, portraying the positive message of giving back and making a difference. I couldn’t have been more excited. So, I helped write […]
Conference Bus? What? Okay, let me explain. So, in 2007 about an hour or so before the lemonade stand started, a giant tour-bus pulled up in front. Naturally, we were all very confused. An elderly man came off of the bus, and told my mom and me that they were a group of retired engineers going off to their annual conference. They had heard about me and my lemonade stand on the radio on their […]
This was a really huge year for the lemonade stand. Heck, it was a really huge year in my life as a whole. My little brother was born in February of 2006, which was the biggest and best change of my short life so far. He’d been what I had wished for every year on my birthday, and so 2006 was truly a miracle year for me and my family. Joshua was a great apprentice […]
